Please note that the reception is open till 18:00 pm and we do not have night reception shift.

In case of late arrival please inform the reception in order to get the information for check-in.

Payment terms

Payment is due on arrival.

It is unfortunate but we can not accept credit cards and / or cheques.

Booking

Booking is valid if someone has paid the bail of 40.000 HUF (per room) or 60.000 HUF (in case of apartment. The rest should be paid upon arrival. by phone or email you can only prebook the room. We consider the booking confirmed only upon written confirmation of the paymernt of bail.

Please inform us about the exact number of persons and age of the children.

Parking places

Our guests can park free within the area of Villa Plattensee. It is a closed area (our guests will get a key for the gate). Villa Plattensee can not take responsibility for the occurrent damages happens in the parking area.

Valuables

There is a safe belonging to each room our guests can use free of charge. Villa Plattensee can not take responsibility for the valuables of the guests.
